Sheet music is a hand-written or printed form of musical notation; like its analogs—books, pamphlets, etc.—the medium of sheet music typically is paper (or, in earlier times, parchment), although the access to musical notation in recent years includes also presentation on computer screens. Use of the term "sheet" is intended to differentiate music on paper from an audio presentation, which would ensue from a sound recording, broadcast, or live performance, which may involve video as well. In everyday use, "sheet music" (or simply "music") can refer to the print publication of commercial music in conjunction with the release of a new film, show, record album, or other special or popular event which involves music.

Free Sheet music can be used as a record of, a guide to, or a means to perform, a piece of music. Although it does not take the place of the sound of a performed work, sheet music can be studied to create a performance and to elucidate aspects of the music that may not be obvious from mere listening. Authoritative musical information about a piece can be gained by studying the written sketches and early versions of compositions that the composer might have retained, as well as the final autograph score and personal markings on proofs and printed scores.

Modern sheet music may come in different formats. If a piece is composed for just one instrument or voice (such as a piece for a solo instrument or for a cappella solo voice), the whole work may be written or printed as one piece of sheet music. If an instrumental piece is intended to be performed by more than one person, each performer will usually have a separate piece of sheet music, called a part, to play from. This is especially the case in the publication of works requiring more than four or so performers, though invariably a full score is published as well. The sung parts in a vocal work are not usually issued separately today, although this was historically the case, especially before music printing made sheet music widely available.

Wash your hair thoroughly with your favorite shampoo. Use a conditioner if desired. Styling hair is always easier if it is clean. When using hair gel, it's best to decide if you want your hair to have a wet look or a dry look once it is styled. With hair gel, it's possible to have either.

Apply the gel to your damp hair. This is to be done if you are going for a wet look. If you want a dry look, skip to Step 3. It is important not to use a blow dryer on your hair after you apply gel to it as this can cause a drying effect on your hair. Apply the gel, shape your hair as desired, and then allow your hair to air dry.

Apply the gel to your hair after you blow dry. Once you have applied the gel to your hair, shape you hair into the style you desire. Gel can help you create many different looks with your hair. Don't be afraid to experiment. There is no need to apply gel all over unless you wish to do so. It's OK to apply gel just in the areas you want to shape. Only a small amount of gel should be used on hair that has been blown dry.

Allow the gel to set. Give yourself about 30 minutes for it to set completely. If you apply hair gel and then jump immediately into a convertible with the top down, you are going to have a big mess when you reach your destination and this mess will be hard to fix. This step applies to both wet hair styling and dry hair styling.

Tips & Warnings

Wide-toothed combs and hair picks are easier to use when styling hair with hair gel in it. Avoid using a hair brush if possible.
Hair gel is rumored to cause follicle damage. Use it sparingly.
Buy a hair gel that does NOT contain alcohol. Alcohol can dry out your hair. Check the label. Water-based gels are available.
Refrain from using a blow dryer on hair that has hair gel in it, whether it is wet or dry, unless you are going for a really stiff look.

Vitamin B: A Key to Energy

B vitamins are often called the energy vitamins, but they are more like keys that unlock it. Fatigue, irritability, poor concentration, anxiety and depression—all can be signs of a B vitamin deficiency. That's because compounds in the B complex are needed for everything from the healthy maintenance of brain cells to the metabolism of carbohydrates, the brain's source of fuel. Bs are also necessary for production of neurotransmitters, which regulate mood and conduct messages through the brain.

The B complex includes B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B6, pantothenic acid, biotin, B12 and folate, also known as folic acid on vitamin bottles. It also includes choline, a nutrient found in eggs that is needed to produce cell membranes and may slow age-related memory loss.

Which B is most important? It's impossible to say.

"They all have important roles," says Roxanne Moore, a registered dietitian at the Maryland Department of Education and a spokeswoman for the American Dietetic Association. A varied, healthy diet of lean meats, colorful vegetables and whole grains will usually cover the bases.

The subgroup of B6, B12 and folate is the subject of much research. Sufficient intake lowers rates of birth defects, cardiovascular disease, depression, dementia and Alzheimer's disease. The three work together and even marginal deficiencies have large effects.

B6 and B12 contribute to the myelin sheath around nerve cells, which speeds signals through the brain. B12 and folic acid together are needed for making normal cells, including blood cells. Inadequate B12 or folic acid can yield blood cells unable to carry vital oxygen to the brain.

These three Bs aid in the manufacture of the excitatory neurotransmitter GABA, as well as serotonin and dopamine, neurotransmitters that regulate mood. All three neurotransmitters interregulate each other, but the ways they work in concert or against each other are only beginning to be understood.

Only rarely are the effects of a B vitamin deficiency clear-cut. The Centers for Disease Control reported that two children had severe motor and language skill delays because of a deficiency in vitamin B12. They had both been breastfed by vegan mothers who were also deficient in B12.

The vitamin occurs naturally only in animal products, although many cereal and soy products are fortified with B12, among others. Both children quickly improved after eating a new diet, but both also had lingering language and motor problems a year after treatment.

"The problem doesn't affect just vegetarians," says Maria Elena Jefferds, Ph.D., a CDC epidemiologist. "There are plenty of non-vegan Americans who don't pay enough attention to what they eat and lack basic nutrients."

The key is a varied diet. The importance of some nutrients is only now emerging.

Choline is one that shows promise. Found in protein-rich food such as eggs, it is needed by everyone for the production of cell membranes and for making the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, which affects memory. Pregnant women must also consume choline to support the rapid production of fetal brain cells.

Pregnancy may prove to be the most decisive period for many nutrients. Animal studies by Duke University neuroscientist Christina Williams, Ph.D., have shown that a diet with four times the normal amount of choline during pregnancy can actually prevent memory decline in offspring as they reach old age. Supplemented animals also have superior memory throughout their own lives.

"Early choline supplementation actually changes the brain, altering the structure and the functioning," says Williams. "We were astounded by such a big affect."

Choline was added to the government list of essential nutrients in 1998. Data from the Human Genome Project may show that we all have a "nutrient genotype." "It may all come down to sluggish enzymes," says Williams. "It may be that most people eat enough choline, but some people can't use it."

Sixteen panda cubs pose for their first day at their new nursery, these 16 panda cubs are clearly going to be a handful. In these amazing images, the tiny pandas are shown their new home for the first time after being separated from their mothers.

The curious cubs were soon exploring their assault course home complete with umbrellas and balloons to welcome them on their first day. It was the first taste of independence for the youngsters at the Wolong National Nature Reserve, in Sichuan Province, south west China.

Keepers at the reserve posed for a class photograph with their wide-eyed pupils and were helping the babies adjust to their new life under the gaze of visitors at the reserve.

Around 1,600 giant pandas live in the wild in China, mostly in Sichuan and the north western provinces of Shaanxi and Gansu. Another 290 pandas are in breeding programmes in the country.

PS While these were getting used to their new surroundings, over in the U.S. panda bear Tai Shan was getting ready to head off to China and say goodbye to 12-year-old mum Mei Xiang at the National Zoo in Washington. Under a deal between China and the U.S., all giant pandas originally from China are only on loan to foreign zoos and any cubs they produce must all return to China eventually.

The functionality of design

It also makes some form changes that makes it more ergonomical: i.e. when you want to talk on the phone, the body form turns into the form of the good old telephone. You can personalize these forms and record them. So it fits you the best in the way that you have chosen. The functions that it has also create a feeling of electronical pet, as it senses your moves, understand what you want, respond you in the best way. It learns you, to fit you better.Also e-motions lets you send forms to the other 888 users. It could be the shape of a heart or a small dance. This way you can talk without words.
How the user interacts
E-motions… It means electronical motions that 888 has. You can send and receive forms from / to friends. You can send a heart shape to your girlfriend, so her telephone turns into an icon of heart. Or you can send a dancing form to your friends to call them to the party tonight. This is the fun side of the product. If we look from the functionality side, 888 is quite flexible. You can put it into your pocket, roll it and make it smaller, or put on your wrist when you want to make a video call on the go. If you want to talk like a normal telephone, there you have your telephone shape. We go through a lot of places and situations in the daily life, so it seems like one form is not enough.
What is unique ?

By the time many type 2 diabetics (and often their doctors) realize action is necessary, the disease, with its destructive high blood sugars, has been silently damaging their body for years.

Complications to the blood vessels and tissues of your eyes, feet, heart, kidneys, and other organs, are likely well underway.

You visit the doctor because you feel bad, and you wish to feel better. You react to the symptoms of perceived illness. This is understandable, but does not allow much room for prevention or early detection of diabetes.

Masala Scrambled Eggs (Appetizers-Egg)

Ingredients:

6 Eggs
4 tbsp Milk
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Ghee
½ tsp Cumin
¼ tsp Turmeric
3 chopped Onions
1 tsp grated Ginger
2 green chopped Chilli
1 peeled and diced Tomato
¼ tsp ground Black Pepper
2 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves

Method:
Beat eggs until well mixed.
Add the milk, salt and pepper.
Heat ghee in a frying pan and cook the onions, chilies and ginger until soft.
Add turmeric, coriander leaves and tomato and fry for a minute or two, then stir in the egg mixture and the ground cumin.
Cook over low heat, stirring and lifting the eggs as they begin to set on the base of the pan.
Mix and cook until the eggs are of a creamy consistency-they should not be cooked until dry.
Turn on to a serving plate and garnish with tomato and coriander.

Tip: Do not boil eggs in the microwave as pressure builds up and there are chances of the eggs exploding.

will also bring it up. This program can be very usefull to users that work in large office complexes and need to deliver a message to another individual quickly and efficiently. This application also has a real time chat screen, so you can see the other person typing. I have tested this program on 2 computers running XP Pro, not XP Home.

1 start, search, "winchat" (or find in Windows, System 32 directory)
2 right click and select send to desktop (for easy opening)
3 run the program
4 choose dial button at the top
5 choose the computer of the person on the network who you wish to talk to.
6 both users must agree to connect to each other to talk.

Internet computer addiction among teens is a growing trend. Unfortunately it is not a positive trend, but a negative and often destructive one that can have a major effect on not only the teen internet computer addict, but his or her family and friends as well.

The internet and computers are almost a necessity for a teenager who is going through high school. Even kids in lower grades require computers to type and research assignments. In this information age, if you don't have a computer you will be left behind.

So how does a parent combat internet computer addiction among teens without completely confiscating the equipment? That is the challenge faced by parents of teens who are suffering from computer and internet addiction.

Internet computer addiction among teens can range from being addicted to games to spending hours upon hours in chat rooms living out a fantasy life. The internet is often an escape for teens who feel they do not fit in with the 'real world'. Online, teens can be whoever they choose. At the click of a mouse, they can dive into another world.

Unfortunately for a minority of teens, this sort of role playing turns into a full on addiction. Teen internet computer addicts can spend every waking hour in a chat room or playing a game. They often stay up all night and will forego social and family events so they can use their computer instead.

In the worst cases, teens will quit school or college in favor of their computer and internet addiction.

Computer internet addiction is similar to other addiction such as smoking and alcohol. The symptoms can include mood changes, withdrawal, anger and impact on social relationships.

Preventing and ending internet computer addiction among teens can be a challenge. .parents can act with due diligence by trying to limit hours spent on the computer. Encouraging the child to take up other hobbies will in most cases sway their attention from the computer.

There is an organization set up solely for this cause called the The Center of On-Line Addiction. They have treated many thousands of teens and people of all ages with computer addiction.

That marketing word in question is – FREE.

Watch television and you will see that cell phone companies will routinely give their phones away for free. Banks offer free snacks when you drop by for a visit and a free gift when you sign up for an account.

Websites offer free services to anyone who visits their site. Music download companies offer free downloads with a membership.

Wikipedia offers free information. The web itself is an incredibly large global entitlement program. Customers have come to expect free stuff. If you don’t have it they will just keep looking for the all-important FREE until they find it.

Honestly the expectation for free products, services or downloads is huge. The role of the Internet has made this a reality.

How does a business cope? After all, logic itself dictates that nothing is free. Someone has to pay for free information. Someone has to pay for free products, and downloads have value.

The truth is websites have had to evaluate how they do business in the 21st century.

If the expectation of the consumer is that they can always find a free phone for cell service does it make sense to try to sell a phone to a customer who knows they can find one for free at another store? The reality is the cost of the phone will be factored into the obligatory service plan. The customer is happy with their free phone and the business recoups their costs over the life of the cell phone plan. Both are happy.

In an online environment free downloads or information can be offset by banner ads, PPC ads or sponsor listings.

Businesses are increasingly looking to freelance writers to supply fresh content for their sites. So in the end the burden of information sharing costs the business owner money. However this can be offset either by advertising or as a means to develop improved marketing efforts.

Free doesn’t have to be a dirty word in business, it simply means that the business owner has to develop creative ways to pay for what is given away. Sometimes this cost is actually taken care of by the consumer or by advertisers who believe that the free item will bring increasing foot traffic to your site and ultimately to their site.

In an online environment this concept is what I like to call Trust Marketing. I’ve talked about it in other articles, but the point is by providing high quality at no cost you leave multiple choices in the hands of your site visitor and they like the feeling of empowerment.

The prevailing premise is that your good will gesture translates into trust. That trust is then transformed into a purchase.

The idea is to help potential customers see that even when no money is involved you will still choose to provide free tools or products to help your customer succeed.

You figure out how to pay for “FREE”. Your site visitor may learn to reward your generosity with a business proposition of his or her own. That is the beauty of trust marketing.

2 bread slices (soaked in water)
1/2 kg chicken mince
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp Soya sauce
1 small onion (chopped)
1 tsp white zeera
1 1/2 tsp chaat masala
1 egg
1 1/2 tbsp green chutney
Oil for frying

Method:

Mix all the above ingredients properly and make kebabs.
Shallow fry and serve with chilli garlic sauce.
To prepare green chutney, grind a bunch of coriander leaves, five green chillies, one clove of garlic and a little salt.

These can include conventional chat rooms as well as chat software such as MSN Messenger and Yahoo Messenger. Online shopping and auction addiction is one of the most destructive types of computer addiction. This can obviously cost the addict not only their time, but their money as well.
All of these types of computer addiction will be briefly discussed in this article.

Online games such as World of Warcraft and Everquest have millions of players worldwide. Most of the players enjoy a casual game after school or work or on weekends. A small majority however has become alarmingly addicted and spend upwards of 12 hours per day playing the game. There have even been reports of people not eating or sleeping for days on end because they do not want to leave the computer.

Chatting online is fun for millions of people. Again, there are a few in the minority who choose to allow chatting online take the place of talking to people in the real world. This in turn makes the person become even more anti social as they lose all real world social skills. This type of computer addiction can have a drastic effect on a person?s personality and health.

Online shopping is another type of computer addiction. Online shopping can put a person in debt in a matter of seconds. They begin using their credit card for small purchases. These small purchases then add up to many thousands of dollars on their credit card. The advent of EBay and accessible online shopping makes this form of computer addiction a very easy one to fall into, and a tough one to fall out of.

As you can see there are many forms of computer addiction. I have only mentioned three here but I believe these are three of the very most prevalent types of computer addiction.

Ingredients (Serves 5)
1-1/2 cup: Blanched Almonds (see Notes)
1 cup: Coarse Wheat Flour
1 tsp: Cardamom Powder
1/4 tsp: Saffron Strands - crushed
8-10 no: Blanched almonds chopped into slivers or halved
1 tbsp: Warm Milk
1-1/4 cup: Ghee
1 cup: Sugar
3 cup: Water

Preparation:
Rub and dissolve saffron in milk. Keep aside.
Dry and powder blanched almonds. Saving 10 for garnishing.
Melt ghee in a large heavy pan.
Add flour. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add almond powder. Stir-fry till golden and aroma exudes.
Take care to stir continuously.
Add water. Stir and cook.
Add sugar and cook further. Stirring gently.
When ghee starts to exude. Add cardamom and saffron.
Stir. Place into serving dish.
Garnish with chopped almonds.
One may put the dish in hot case to keep it warm. Reheat in microwave or in a pan.

Note: To Blanche almonds soak in water for 5-6 hours. Peel skin, dab and air on clean towel till dry. Powder or use as required.
